The 2023 College Football MAC Championship is between Miami (Ohio) and Toledo this Saturday, December 2nd, at 12:00 pm EST on ESPN. You can watch the game for free using a free trial to any of the following services as they carry a free trial.

There are championship games airing on CBS, ABC, Fox, CBS Sports Network, ESPN, and ESPN2 as well this weekend, and all three of these services carry those networks, so you can watch those games as well.
