Fans of the Horton, Brady, Kiriakis, Hernandez and DiMera families in Salem, Illinois, are going to have to switch their viewing patterns this week, as the 57-year-old daytime soap Days of our Lives makes the dramatic move to streaming only on Monday, September 12. After nearly six decades on NBC, the show will stop airing on broadcast this week, and fans of the likes of Bo and Hope Brady will have to find it on Peacock TV, the network’s streaming service.

Days of Our Lives, which is one of the longest running daytime soaps, has long chronicled the lives, loves, tragedies, and triumphs of the citizens of the fictional town of Salem to a delighted and devoted audience. Previous to September 12, new episodes of Days of our Lives were available on Peacock TV after airing on the daytime serial slot on NBC. Now, it will be available only on Peacock TV, although still releasing new episodes almost every weekday. There is a full season going back nearly 240 episodes currently available to watch on Peacock as well. Read on to learn how to watch Days of our Lives.

Where to stream Days of our Lives

Days of our Lives will now stream exclusively on Peacock. Peacock is the over-the-top streaming service from NBCUniversal, with video-on-demand and some live events. In addition to TV shows and movies from the NBC and Universal libraries, plenty of third-party content is available from Lionsgate, Starz, Warner Bros, A&E Networks, ViacomCBS, Paramount, Cinedigm, and more.

Peacock has free, premium, and ad-free options; however, Days of our Lives will be available on the premium tier, which is $4.99 per month. This tier will let you watch new NBC episodes one day after they air, as well as offer full access to original programming. Peacock also has a premium ad-free subscription for $9.99 per month. Not only will this subscription eliminate ads, but it includes a lot of content not available on the free version of Peacock. Special offer: For a limited this fall, new subscribers can get access to the Premium tier for just $1.99 a month for 12 months.

Peacock supports iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, Xbox One S and Xbox One X, Android devices, Android TV, Chromecast, and Chromecast built-in. New episodes of the latest season become available within eight days of airing on NBC. You can learn more in our review of Peacock. You can sign up for Peacock on their website.
