Idris Elba is back in Hijack, a new seven-part thriller from the creators of Lupin and Criminal. Set in real-time, it follows the civilians on a hijacked plane over the seven-hour flight to London, as on the ground, authorities scramble to find out what the hijackers are after. Sam Nelson (Elba) is an accomplished business negotiator who tries to save the lives of his fellow passengers using all his professional skills and guile. Meanwhile, Zahra Gahfoor (Archie Panjabi), a counter-terrorism officer on the ground, investigates what is happening in the air. The series also stars Christine Adams, Max Beesley, Eve Myles, Neil Maskell, Jasper Britton, Harry Michell, Aimee Kelly, Mohamed Elsandel, and Ben Miles.
