The new Australian series Irreverent streams on Peacock TV. After a failed heist, a criminal mediator from Chicago flees to a small town in Far North Queensland in Australia to hide out. There he poses as new church reverend Mackenzie “Mack” Boyd, leveraging his charisma and street smarts to play the role of clergyman to the rural reef community, despite no skills or knowledge in that department. With his life literally on the line, he struggles to turn a lifetime of crime into a path of good works in the rural community with little connection to the outside world and desperate for a leader. When this hardened criminal steps into a role, he’s all in, and this time, he might actually start to believe what he’s preaching. Read on for more on how to watch Irreverent.
