Snoopy Presents: One-of-a-Kind Marcie is a poignant new Peanuts special that shines the spotlight on one of the stalwarts of the Peanuts gang, the always-there-but-never-flashy Marcie. The loveable introvert is the right hand to the brass Peppermint Patty, playing it cool behind the scenes to help her friends and community shine. As Patty trains for the big school golf championship, Marcie plays caddie while simultaneously helping her friends and classmates through a variety of daily problems. Her quiet, consistent presence is finally noticed, however, and she is unexpectedly voted class president. Fleeing the spotlight, she hides from the public eye, and her friends.
