Westerns are big again, what with the success of Westworld, Yellowstone, and 1883, among others, and Prime Video is getting in on the game this week when The English premieres on Friday, November 11, after premiering on November 10 on the BBC in the United Kingdom. The international co-production stars Emily Blunt as Cornelia Locke, an Englishwoman who comes to the American West seeking revenge for the death of her son. She finds kinship in Eli Whipp (Chaske Spencer), a member of the Pawnee Nation and ex-calvary scout for the army, and the two unite on their quest for revenge.
