The animated family film Luck premieres on Friday, August 5, on Apple TV+. Luck marks the first film from John Lasseter after leaving Pixar where he was a director and producer for more than three decades. Luck tells the story of an unlucky girl named Sam Greenfield. When Sam stumbles upon the Land of Luck, the source of all kinds of luck, she finds she might just be able to turn her luck around with the help of some magical creatures.
