The series unites the stories across J.R.R. Tolkein’s Middle-earth’s Second Age, with the forging of the iconic rings. The epic story branches out from the on-screen tales that center on the One Ring and look at the many rings of power that were forged and influenced the denizens of Middle-earth. Among the new worlds, the story explores is the island of Númenor, a bustling port kingdom that reached its peak and demise during the Second Age and has yet to be realized on screen.
