The latest adaptation of Stephen King’s thriller Firestarter opens on Friday, May 13, in theaters as well as streaming exclusively on Peacock TV. Firestarter stars Zac Efron as Andy McGee, a father trying to keep his young daughter with extraordinary powers, Charlie (Ryan Kiera Armstrong), safe. All of Charlie’s life her father has been training her control her power to set fire with her mind and emotions. As she turns 11 and her emotions begin to get out of control, so do her powers, drawing unwanted attention from a shadowy agency that wants to harness her. Where to stream Firestarter

Firestarter will be released in theaters and streaming exclusively on Peacock TV on Friday, May 13. Peacock is the over-the-top streaming service from NBCUniversal, with video-on-demand and some live events.
