About Swagger
Inspired by two-time NBA Champion and NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant and his experiences growing up playing youth basketball, Swagger examines how youth basketball touches the lives of its players, their families, and their coaches. It’s a study of what it’s like to grow up in America Basketball and how those involved can be swept up into the youth-sports economy. Swagger looks at the fine line between dreams and ambition, delving into the organization that Durant grew up in, the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), and look at the lives of those involved with the program.
