We Hunt Together is a British police drama that has its U.S. distribution on Showtime, and season 2 is set to premiere on Friday, July 1. The series is a twist on the classic cat-and-mouse caper, with some of the same psychosexual energy of Killing Eve, if a slightly more subtle and oddball British sensibility. It stars Babou Ceesay (Into the Badlands) and Eve Myles (Torchwood) as a pair of police detectives on the heels of a pair of murders, played by Hermione Corfield (The Halcyon) and Dipo Ola (Cobra), who are in turn stalking new victims. The hunt plays out in a complex exploration of the intoxication of attraction and dangers of emotional manipulation.
The series 1st season originally aired on the BBC, premiering in early 2020, following a few months later on Showtime. While it has had lackluster critical success, it has earned a strong fan following and garnered an audience score of 83% on Rotten Tomatoes. Read on for more on how to watch We Hunt Together.
