More About The Witcher
Created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, season one of The Witcher takes its storyline from two volumes of short stories that precede the main Witcher series, meaning there is a lot more ground to cover in the following seasons. In season one, several plots follow Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill), Crown Princess Ciri (Freya Allan), and the sorceress Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra) through the formative years and events that shaped their characters. It culminated into a single timeline at an epic battle for Sodden Hill against outside invaders. Season two continued the story into the main saga, and the series now returns with a third season.
