While we wait for season 21 of NCIS to come back this February, CBS is delivering a new NCIS spinoff to Tuesday nights starting tonight! NCIS Sydney is the first International time the franchise has focused on NCIS agents working abroad. The show will center around American NCIS Special Agent Michelle Macke, played by Olivia Swann, partnering with Australian Federal Police Officer Jim “JD” Dempsey, played by Todd Lasance, as they investigate international crimes in the South Pacific.
How To Watch
NCIS Sydney airs Tuesdays at 8:00 PM ET / 9:00 PM PT on CBS but will also stream on Paramount+. There are a few ways to catch the first episodes for free if you don’t have cable. I’ve listed all the ways to watch below. All of these services will also provide the first season episodes on-demand the day after a new episode airs.
Paramount+ – Watch the first episode of NCIS Sydney for free using this 7-day free trial to Paramount+. You can cancel anytime, and if you cancel during your free trial, you won’t be charged for your first month. Paramount+ plans start at $$$ per month. However, this plan will only allow you to watch NCIS Sydney and other new CBS shows 24 hours after they air. If you opt to sign up for the $11.99 per month plan, you will have access to your local CBS station to watch new NCIS Sydney episodes as they air every Tuesday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. See my review of Paramount+ for more details on the service.
DIRECTV STREAM – Unlike Paramount+, which focuses more on ViacomCBS-owned and licensed content, DIRECTV STEAM is similar to a TV provider delivering over 100 channels, including CBS. You can try a 5-day Free trial. After the trial, the service starts at $79.99 per month. You can cancel at any time. See our DIRECTV STREAM Review for more details.
YouTube TV – Similar to DIRECTV STREAM. This live TV provider delivers CBS in nearly every TV market in the US along with over 100 other channels and offers a 1-week free trial. After the trial, the service starts at $72.99 per month. Check out my review of YouTube TV for more details.
FuboTV – While not as robust in its channel offerings as DIRECTV STREAM, fubo does stream CBS, so you can watch NCIS Sydney using this 1-week free trial. After the free trial, Fubo starts at $74.99 per month. Check out our fubo review for more details.
Hulu + Live TV – Hulu’s live TV service doesn’t offer a free trial. However, it includes CBS and over 80 other channels and a subscription to Hulu on-demand, ESPN+, and Disney+ for $76.99 per month. See our review of Hulu for details on this streaming service.
