The popular reality show 90 Day Fiancé reunites long-distance couples on the provisions of a short-term visa under which international citizens can visit the United States with the assumption they are coming to get married within 90 days. In 90 Day Fiancé, most of the couples don’t know each other well, and go through a big decision-making process as they deal with language and cultural barriers and often meet their fiancé’s family — or even fiancé — for the first time in person.

How you watch 90 Day Fiancé without cable will depend on what episode you want to watch and when you want to watch it. The series airs on TLC, but you don’t need cable to watch. In order to watch the show live, you need a streaming service that provides access to TLC.

The Max streaming service (formerly HBO Max) now has every episode of 90 Day Fiancé and lets you watch new episodes as soon as they are released on TLC for just $9.99/month.

The next most affordable option is Philo, which has a 7-day free trial and starts at just $25 per month. You can also use your login credentials from Philo or other services that carry TLC on the TLC website to watch past episodes of the current season on demand. Other options include Hulu Live TV, Sling TV, DIRECTV STREAM, YouTube TV, and Fubo TV.

If you want to catch up on past seasons of this reality romance series, check out Discovery+, which carries all previous seasons on demand. TLC is a branch of the Discovery Communications family, so it is one of several networks supported by Discovery+.
