90 Day: The Last Resort is a new reality show following in the footsteps of the many spinoffs of 90 Day Fiance. In this one, five original couples have reached their breaking points and are participating in a couples retreat to try and salvage their relationships. There they will determine whether or not they can heal their old wounds, navigating trust and intimacy issues along with a team of professionals. From intense group therapy to couples’ sessions and unique on-and-off-resort activities, the couples will work through whether or not they should stay together.

The show may air on TLC, but you don’t need cable to watch. In this article, I’ll explain where you can watch 90 Day: The Last Resort when it airs new episodes and even past episodes on-demand.

Most recently, Max (formerly HBO Max) recently added many of Warner Bros. cable network shows, including TCL, so it now has every episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort. The service lets you watch new episodes once they are released on TLC for just $9.99/month.

The next most affordable option is Philo, which has a 7-day free trial and starts at just $25 per month. You can also use your login credentials from Philo or other services that carry TLC on the channel website to watch past episodes of the current season on demand. Other options include Hulu Live TV, Sling TV, DIRECTV STREAM, YouTube TV, and Fubo TV.

If you want to catch up on past seasons of 90 Day: The Last Resort, check out Discovery+, which carries all previous seasons on demand. TLC is a branch of the Discovery Communications family, so it is one of several networks supported by Discovery+.
