The Staircase

The compelling true-crime miniseries The Staircase premieres on Thursday, May 5, on Max. Award-winning actors Colin Firth and Toni Collette star as Michael and Kathleen Peterson, a wealthy North Carolina couple whose family seems to have it all. However, after Kathleen’s fatal fall down the stairs, suspicions about her death are raised, as are more secrets from their past, unfolding drama throughout the extended family.
