20 of the world’s best golfers, including tournament host Tiger Woods, will compete this week in the The Hero World Challenge from the Albany Golf Course in Albany, Bahamas. The Tournament begins on Thursday November 30th and Continues through Sunday, December 3rd. While the event is part of the PGA TOUR, it is an unofficial event not counting points towards the Fed Ex Cup.
All TV coverage will air on Golf Channel and NBC. However, the good news is the coverage is simulcast on the Peacock streaming service. This gives you a few options, including a way to watch for free using a free trial to any of the following streaming services that carry NBC and Golf Channel.
- FuboTV – provides NBC and Golf Channel in their “Pro” channel plan and offers a 1-week free trial.
- YouTube TV – includes NBC and Golf Channel and offers a 1-week free trial
- DIRECTV STREAM – provides NBC and Golf Channel with their “Ultimate” plan and offers a 5-day free trial
Hulu Live TV and Sling TV are also possible options, but they don’t include a free trial. You can see my articles How To Watch Golf Channel and How To Stream NBC for more details, but if you don’t take advantage of the free trials, go with Peacock. It will simulcast all the coverage on NBC and Peacock and only costs $5.99 per month, where Sling is your cheapest of the other services, starting at $40 for the blue plan and $11 for the “Sports Extra” plan to provide you with Golf Channel.
