Update: Starting Thursday, November 2, CBS will be airing season 5 of SEAL Team. The season was exclusive to Paramount+, but now an episode of season 5 will air every Thursday at 10:00 PM ET.
SEAL Team is a military drama about an elite team of Navy SEALS follows the group as they train and engage in dangerous missions. Team leader Jason Hayes (David Boreanez) is a well-respected warrior whose work routinely threatens his home life as he juggles managing his team in their high-stakes work and worldwide deployments. The cast includes Neil Brown, Jr., A.J. Buckley, Max Thieriot, and Toni Trucks, Jessica Paré, and Eric Blackburn. Together they make up a tight-knit team, dedicated and fearless despite the odds. SEAL Team on CBS
The first four seasons of Seal Team originally aired on CBS before moving the 5th season to Paramount+. However, on November 2nd, 2023, CBS is picking up where they left off with the series starting with Season 5. Episodes will air every week on CBS starting at 10:00 PM. - Subscribe to Paramount+ using this Free Trial. Paramount+ will let you watch SEAL Team
- On your Roku Menu, navigate to “Search” and press “OK” on your remote
- Enter “Paramount+” in the search bar
- Select the streaming service and press “OK.”
- Select “Add Channel” press “OK” on your remote. If Paramount+ is already installed, “Go To Channel” will be an option.
- Paramount+ is now installed on your Roku. Open Paramount+, and log in with the credentials you used to subscribe to the service. Search for “SEAL Team” and select the show.
