The new reality show, The Parent Test, follows 12 families as they are put under the microscope to compare the many styles of parenting. Based on an Australian series, the show looks at the different models of parenting, form child-led to helicopter parents. As the parents are put through different situations that put each model to the test, they discuss and learn about the hot-button topics that compare their approaches and share their experiences along the way. The shared goal is to raise happy, healthy children, no matter how conflicting their opinions. Discussions are moderated by host Ali Wentworth and parenting expert Dr. Adolph Brown. YouTube TV is another excellent option to watch The Parent Test live. YouTube TV offers live ABC with its streaming service in nearly ALL markets in the US. The only market where YouTube TV doesn’t provide ABC is the Rochester-Mason City-Austin market, which covers parts of Minnesota and Iowa. (YouTube TV does offer ABC in Rochester, NY, and Austin, TX.)
