How to Watch the Series The Neighborhood

Updated on 2023-11-24 By Heather C. Jackson

A black family and a white family on front porch

The Neighborhood season 6 premiere is scheduled for Monday, February 12th, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. ET, on CBS. You can currently watch every season of The Neighborhood on Paramount+. When new episodes begin airing in February, they will also be available to stream through Paramount+.

The Neighborhood stars Cedric the Entertainer and Max Greenfield, and is about a close-knit all-black neighborhood and the overly friendly and very white family that moves in. Wackiness ensues. Cedric the Entertainer stars as Calvin Butler, a longstanding resident of the neighborhood who is taken aback when he meets Dave Johnson (Max Greenfield, The New Girl), a super eager and friendly Midwesterner. Calvin is wary of the impact of a white family moving in, and Dave just doesn’t know what to do with people who don’t like him or appreciate his extreme neighborliness. But the families might just hit it off in the long run. Read on to learn more about how to watch new episodes of The Neighborhood without cable, as well as past seasons on-demand.

Stream Every Episode of The Neighborhood

paramount plus

New episodes of The Neighborhood air every Monday at 8:00 ET/PT on CBS. Paramount+ (Formerly CBS All Access) is the best way to stream The Neighborhood as the streaming service provides a live feed of your local CBS station and will let you watch new episodes when they air on CBS. Paramount+ will also have the show available on-demand the day after it airs live, so you can watch The Neighborhood on-demand if you miss an episode.

Paramount+ offers a 7-day free trial so that you can try the service with no risk. However, there are two plan options to choose from:

Paramount+ Premium: Provides live streaming access to your local CBS station so you can watch The Neighborhood episodes when they air Monday nights at 8 p.m. This plan also provides on-demand ad-free access to Paramount+ content, including this season of The Neighborhood (Live CBS will still have commercials). After the 7-day free trial, the service price starts at $11.99.

Paramount+ Essential: This plan provides ad-supported on-demand episodes of The Neighborhood the day after they air on CBS for $5.99 per month after a  7-day free trial. This plan doesn’t include live CBS, so you will have to wait a day for new episodes.

Paramount+ is available on  Roku Players, Apple TV, Xbox, Chromecast, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Fire TV Stick. See our review of Paramount+ for more information on this streaming service.

Watch New Episodes Of The Neighborhood Free

There are two free methods to watch new episodes of The Neighborhood if you don’t have cable. If you live close enough to a CBS broadcast tower, you can use a TV antenna, but this option doesn’t provide a way to watch on-demand. An OTA DVR offers a way to record shows from a TV antenna, but that is an added expense.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of the free trials available with the following streaming services that carry a live stream of CBS:

  • Paramount+ (7-day free trial)
  • fuboTV (7-day free trial)
  • YouTube TV (free trial)

We cover these services in more detail throughout this article.
