There are two free methods to watch new episodes of Big Brother if you don’t have cable. You can use a TV antenna if you live close enough to a CBS broadcast tower. You can also use an OTA DVR with a TV antenna, however, that is an added expense. These options also won’t provide 24/7 access to the Big Brother House live feeds you can get on Paramount+

- Subscribe to Paramount+ using this Free Trial. Paramount+ will let you watch Big Brother both on-demand and when it airs on CBS
- On your Roku Menu, navigate to “Search” and press “OK” on your remote
- Enter “Paramount+” in the search bar
- Select the streaming service and press “OK.”
