There is a specific type of football fan that likes to switch between the various NFL games airing on Sunday in hopes to see the scoreboard change. With the rise of fantasy football, more and more NFL fans are watching this way on Sunday.
If you are this type of fan you no longer have to wear out your remote on Sunday. Now, there is NFL RedZone. You don’t need a cable subscription and you can even watch NFL RedZone online.
What is NFL RedZone
NFL RedZone is essentially a war room for avid football fans. It shows the scoreboard of every game currently in progress. Fantasy players will love this as NFL RedZone shows fantasy relevant statistical rankings regularly throughout the day.
While it’s a must-have for fantasy football players, you may want to check it out if you like to be keyed into what happens around the NFL on Sunday. NFL RedZone promises to “show every touchdown from every game.”
The channel only airs on Sunday and shows the early (1 pm EST) and afternoon games (4:05/4:25 p.m EST.) Coverage ends on Sunday after the afternoon games, roughly around 8 pm EST.
Watch NFL RedZone Online
Below are all the streaming networks where you can watch NFL RedZone Live Online.
NFL RedZone on Sling TV
The most affordable way to watch NFL Redzone is through Sling TV. It’s available as part of a $10 add-on to the Sling TV Blue package. The total price will run $35 per month. However, that will provide top pay TV channels like FS1, USA, AMC, FX and more. Check out my review of Sling TV for more information.
You can test out Sling TV with this 1-week free trial offer. If you sign up there is no contract so you can cancel anytime.
NFL RedZone on FuboTV
FuboTV is new to the TV business. You can learn about them in my FuboTV review. I’m a fan as they are a startup solely focused on cord cutters. With FuboTV you, you can watch NFL Redzone online as part of their $8.99 sports add-on package.
This requires their “Premier” plan, which costs $34.99 per month. However, the first 2 months will only cost $19.99 so depending on where you are in the NFL season, this could be a cheaper option than Sling. You can test out the service with a 1-week free trial and there is no contract or commitment. Therefore, you can drop the service whenever you like.
NFL RedZone on PlayStation Vue
Vue is another option for NFL Redzone. However, it’s the most expensive on the list. To watch NFL Redzone on VUE you will first need their “Access” package for $39.99. Next, you will need to purchase their “Sports Pack” at $10 per month. That’s a total of $50 per month. While Vue is a nice service, it’s a bit pricey to have access to NFL RedZone on Sundays.
They do offer a 5-day free trial for you to test the service. You can read my PlayStation Vue review for more details.
