How To Stream Altitude Sports

Two live streaming services offer Altitude in their channel lineup, DIRECTV STREAM and FuboTV. However, you have to live in their broadcast area in the Denver TV market. This is true whether watching Altitude through cable TV or a TV streaming service.  I prefer using DIRECTV STREAM to watch Altitude as the service has a better channel offering than fuboTV at a similar price point. However, fuboTV is a fine streaming service if you decide to use them after reading my coverage of both services below.

DIRECTV STREAM

DIRECTV STREAM

You can watch Altitude through DIRECTV STREAM and live in the Denver TV market. You have to subscribe to their “Choice” package for $108.99 per month. You get a 5-day free trial; they don’t force you into a contract, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged for the first month.

Channels: Those living in the Altitude TV market will have Altitude through the DIRECTV STREAM “Choice” plan, along with other sports channels like ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, FS1, FS2, MLB Network, and NBA TV. The service also includes local networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox. The channel lineup also includes entertainment channel favorites like History Channel, HGTV, TLC, and more. The Choice plan includes over 90 channels in all. You can see the full DIRECTV STREAM channel lineup in our review of DIRECTV STREAM.

DIRECTV STREAM Choice Deal: After a 5-day free trial, the DIRECTV STREAM Choice plan costs $108.99 per month. You can sign up on the DIRECTV STREAM website. There is no long term contract and you can can cancel at any time.

To stream Altitude, just download the DIRECTV STREAM app to a supported device and use the onscreen guide to stream Altitude. The service also includes unlimited cloud DVR storage and allows you to simultaneously stream to an unlimited number of devices in the home, and up to 3 outside the home.

DIRECTV STREAM is supported on the following devices:

  • 4th Gen Apple TV
  • Google Chromecast, 2nd gen and higher
  • Amazon Fire TV
  • Fire TV Stick
  • iOS devices
  • Android
  • Chrome and Safari browsers
  • Roku

You can try DIRECTV STREAM by signing up for this 5-day free trial.

See our review of DIRECTV STREAM for more details on this streaming service.

fuboTV

Fubo TV

fuboTV offers subscribers local and cable TV channels just as if you subscribed to a cable TV package. For subscribers living in Denver and the surrounding TV market, fuboTV carries Altitude in its channel lineup. However, fuboTV subscribers in this area will be subject to a mandatory $6 per month regional sports fee. You can watch the Altitude through fuboTV online or on your TV using a supported streaming device like a Roku or Fire TV Stick.

Like cable, Altitude is only available through fuboTV if you live in the Denver TV market. You can see all the channels they offer in your area using this link.

FuboTV offers a 1-Week Free Trial. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged at all. Here are some features included with your subscription to fuboTV:

  • live local CBS, FOX, and NBC broadcast in many parts of the country
  • a ton of channels you usually find on cable like ESPN, FS1, and more
  • a cloud DVR for recording TV shows
  • stream to 2 devices at once (can upgrade to more)

fuboTV costs $74.99. For more information on this streaming service, see our guide to fuboTV. To learn more about fuboTV’s regional sports fee, see this fuboTV support page.
