Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche fans finally have a streaming service that will carry their games live. The Altitude Sports Network is available as a channel on the live TV streaming services, DIRECTV STREAM and fuboTV.
How To Stream Altitude Sports
Two live streaming services offer Altitude in their channel lineup, DIRECTV STREAM and FuboTV. However, you have to live in their broadcast area in the Denver TV market. This is true whether watching Altitude through cable TV or a TV streaming service. I prefer using DIRECTV STREAM to watch Altitude as the service has a better channel offering than fuboTV at a similar price point. However, fuboTV is a fine streaming service if you decide to use them after reading my coverage of both services below.
DIRECTV STREAM
You can watch Altitude through DIRECTV STREAM and live in the Denver TV market. You have to subscribe to their “Choice” package for $108.99 per month. You get a 5-day free trial; they don’t force you into a contract, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be charged for the first month.
Channels: Those living in the Altitude TV market will have Altitude through the DIRECTV STREAM “Choice” plan, along with other sports channels like ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, FS1, FS2, MLB Network, and NBA TV. The service also includes local networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox. The channel lineup also includes entertainment channel favorites like History Channel, HGTV, TLC, and more. For subscribers living in Denver and the surrounding TV market, fuboTV carries Altitude in its channel lineup. However, fuboTV subscribers in this area will be subject to a mandatory $6 per month regional sports fee. You can watch the Altitude through fuboTV online or on your TV using a supported streaming device like a Roku or Fire TV Stick.
